I am an ongoing supporter of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) in all its many forms, countries and languages. I am also a supporter of John Loty who ran the first online AI conference for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI, Sydney Chapter) and who is a great practitioner of AI and fountain of information about this process as it rolls around the globe. John is presenting workshops in Melbourne and Sydney in early April:

  • Melbourne: 3-4 April
  • Sydney: 7-8 April

These workshops are presented by PiCS (Performance Improvement Conferences and Seminars) and time is short.

PiCS will be happy to send a flyer on request.

Why would you attend? Only if you wanted to see real change happening and people enjoying it!

  • It's not problem solving (and it solves problems)

  • It is strengths based (and it overcomes weaknesses)

Be there if you can!
