Socially responsible investing (SRI) is about ensuring your money doesn't prop up dictatorships or flog tobacco or do anything else you disapprove of (I do hope!). It's a growing movement: "Social investment managers often use social and environmental analysis in conjunction with traditional quantitative securities analysis to make their investment decisions." So says Investopedia. Times they are a-changin'.
